Private Intuition Painting®

Intuition Painting® has been nothing short of life-changing—for my clients and for me as a coach—unlocking profound revelations and emotional freedom. When I facilitate verbal coaching, we work within the boundaries of your conscious knowledge. But in private or small group Intuition Painting® sessions, the unplanned figures and forms that emerge on the canvas act as third-party voices, bringing to light your hidden hopes, fears, and blocks. What might take weeks to uncover in traditional coaching surfaces effortlessly, as your unconscious wisdom flows directly onto the canvas.

The completed painting becomes a portal to your intuitive, wise self, offering profound clarity on how to release your deepest blocks and reignite your flow. It guides you back to a heightened sense of aliveness, joy, and purpose—all from a place of unconditional love.

Intuition Painting® is used by artists and non-artists alike to release themselves from feeling stuck, tap into creative flow, let go of old trauma, regain grounding, and find clarity. If you are unable to join a scheduled class, workshop, or retreat, or simply prefer more privacy, we can work one-on-one either in person or online via videoconferencing.

Here's how it works:

1. You will review an introduction Intuition Painting® in advance of our 1st session:

2. You will have information about:

   1. What supplies and simple set up you will need

   2. Where you can get supplies

   3. How to prepare your space

   4. What technology you will need to participate

3. In advance of the sessions, you will receive a link to join me online.

4. We will create intentions for your painting process and work towards those goals in particular.

5. Each session will include guidance, creativity coaching, relaxing meditations, and intuitive painting. We will work to release fears, inner criticism, perfection, the need for control and more. Each successive session will build upon the last and go deeper into the painting you were working on the previous week.

6. We will close each session with a check-in and processing to decode the meanings and insights from your paintings.
